This project involved a full transformation of an existing home in Walton-on-Thames, including a complete renovation, internal reconfiguration, and the addition of a new loft extension. The property was stripped back, redesigned, and rebuilt to create a brighter, more spacious home that meets modern living standards.
From the exterior upgrades to the new open-plan layout inside, every part of the house was refreshed with high-quality finishes, improved insulation, new flooring, upgraded electrical and heating systems, and a fully rebuilt loft level that now provides a functional extra bedroom and living space. New facade was installed, with new roof tiles as well.
Inside, the ground floor was completely reconfigured to improve flow and make better use of space. Structural work allowed for wider openings, increased ceiling height, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. New flooring, custom joinery, upgraded lighting, and full redecoration brought a clean, modern feel to every room.
The newly added loft extension provides valuable additional living space, complete with a new staircase, insulated roof structure, Velux-style windows, and high-quality plasterwork and finishes. This upper level now serves as a bright and functional bedroom with ample storage and improved natural light throughout.
The final phase of the project focused on refining every detail to bring the full home transformation together. Once the structural work, loft construction, and internal reconfiguration were completed, our team moved through the property room by room, ensuring a consistent finish and high standard of workmanship throughout.
This included complete rewiring and plumbing upgrades, fresh plastering across all floors, full decoration, new internal doors, and modern lighting installations.
