Can TJC Projects manage the complete extension build?
Yes. We coordinate the physical build from site setup, groundworks and structural alterations through to roofing, glazing, building services, plastering, joinery and finishing. We can work from your architect and structural engineer's information and coordinate with building control where required.
How long will my extension take?
The programme depends on the size and complexity of the extension, approvals, structural work, site access and chosen finishes. Once the drawings and scope are sufficiently developed, we can explain the likely sequence and provide a realistic programme for your project.
Can we remain in the house while work is completed?
Often, yes. It depends on how much of the existing home is being opened and whether the work affects essential kitchen, heating or bathroom services. We discuss access, protection and the most disruptive stages with you before work starts.
